#1 secret: NEVER EVER NEVER no matter how dry your mouth is you NEVER drink any liquid and then eat or eat the drink liquid dont even bring a glass to the table until you are done eating.
BREAKFAST: cereal and non-fat or soy milk (kashi brand is highly reccomended) with a certain type of fruit such as, banana or berries &/or orange juice.
LUNCH: green salad with and/or olives, tomatoes, craisins. no dressing unless it is plain balsamic vinegar with less that a teespoon of oil and salt in it. and a bottle of water.
DINNER: steak, salad, pasta, tomatoe salad, sushi, and nothing to drink but water.
